WHY CHOOSE ADRIABOX?

1 – Simplified building authorization

Adriabox is the new removable and relocatable cover designed for the temporary storage of goods, equipment, or raw materials.
It requires no building works, as it is installed on special reinforced concrete ballast blocks included in the supply. The structure can therefore be set up on any flat surface, such as gravel, soil, concrete, or asphalt.

2 – Strong and modular structure

The structure is made of Sendzimir-galvanized steel tubes and designed to withstand a snow load of approx. 100 kg/m² and wind pressure of approx. 100 km/h. Adriabox is a standard cover available in three widths (6, 8, and 10 meters) with internal clear heights of 3.6, 4.5, and 5.4 meters respectively. The depth is modular, with 1.5-meter frame intervals.

3 – No building works required

Adriabox requires no building works, as it is installed on special reinforced concrete ballast blocks included in the supply.
These ballast blocks allow for quick and easy installation, evenly distribute the structure’s weight on the ground, and protect it from accidental impacts caused by vehicles during maneuvers.

4 – Tear resistant PVC sheet fastenings

The PVC roof cover is self-extinguishing (Class 2).
At its ends, the sheet features a heat-sealed cord inside a sleeve, used to ensure proper tensioning during installation.
The cover is secured to the steel structure by means of an aluminum flat bar that keeps it firmly attached to the profiles. This fastening system is one of Adriabox’s key advantages over similar structures, which typically attach the PVC sheet directly to the frame using self-tapping screws — a method that often causes the sheet to tear at the first gust of wind.

5 – Anti abrasion reinforcement patches

The PVC roof cover is equipped with special reinforcement patches at every corner of the structure areas where friction could otherwise cause tears or material weakening over time. This detail represents another major advantage of Adriabox compared to similar structures on the market, which often overlook this important protective feature.

6 – Closing curtains with latches

Access on both fronts of Adriabox can be either open or closed using practical double sliding PVC curtains.
The PVC curtains are equipped with anti-wind vertical profiles and ground locking bolts, ensuring excellent resistance to wind pressure.

7 – Certified structure

UNI EN 13782 is the European standard that regulates the safety of temporary structures.
It defines clear requirements for materials, structural calculations, anchoring systems, fire resistance, assembly, and maintenance procedures, with the goal of ensuring safe, reliable structures that can be used without risk to people or property.
